Training Pipelay Simulator / Work Station Mock-Up

We developed a full-scale Training Pipelay Simulator / Work Station Mock-Up (WSMU), enabling efficient training and simulation for offshore operations.

Noise Mitigation Deployment System

We designed and delivered a Noise Mitigation Deployment System to ensure compliance with environmental regulations for the installation of wind turbine generators and offshore substation monopiles in German waters.

Automatic Boat Landing System

Offshore crew changes can be dangerous, especially in rough seas. To address this, we developed an Automatic Boat Landing System. This innovative system makes crew transfers safer, faster and more efficient. Unlike traditional methods, it doesn’t require cranes, offering a more practical solution for modern offshore vessels.

Seafastening Solutions

To safely transport heavy offshore equipment from A to B, seafastening is the routine practice to secure equipment on the deck of a vessel. With extensive knowledge and proven experience, we have successfully delivered multiple custom seafastening solutions in the past.

Flange Monopile Upending Tool

With this design, we contributed to more efficient and safer monopile installations in offshore wind farms. The design offers a high load capacity and combines strength and efficiency with ease of use. Winning uptime in offshore installation begins before the vessel even leaves port.
